Program Planner Schedule
The CPE Centers in the NC/WV sub-region rotate responsibility for Program Planning each calendar year. The Program Planner is responsible for providing the education segment for the day as well as planning opening worship.
The Winter meeting education is primarily for CPE Supervisors. The Summer CPE Day is primarily for CPE Residents and Interns.
If a center is without an ACPE Supervisor, or is unable to fulfill this role, the next center on the list will be contacted by the Education Coordinator.

The Fall 2009 Mid-Atlantic Region Certification Committee will meet at Roslyn Retreat Center, Richmond, Virginia September 29-30, 2009.
*LETTER OF INTENT needs to be sent certified mail to Jim Rawlings, Jr. and received by August 4, 2009. (Those individuals requesting to meet a committee for candidacy must also send a copy of the) LETTER OF INTENT, regular mail, to Deryck Durston, ACPE, Inc., 1549 Clairmont Road, Suite 103, Decatur, GA 30033-4611.)
*Materials are to be in the hands of committee members no later than September 1, 2009.
*Fee for meeting all regional committees is $180.00. We require that this fee be paid by money order made out to: Mid-Atlantic Region ACPE and sent with the Letter of Intent using certified mail to:
