The 2010 Center Annual Report form is slightly different than the old 2005 format. The forms link on the ACPE website has not yet been updated for 2010 Accreditation forms.
If you have NOT done it yet, please use the new format located in the new 2010 Accreditation Manual (Appendix 1, pp 61-62).

If you have already turned it in, consider resending it in the NEW 2010 format. If that is not really possible for some reason, call me and I will ask the Commission. I can guess what the answer will be...

The Spring 2010 Mid-Atlantic Region Certification Committee will meet at Roslyn Retreat Center, Richmond, Virginia on March 1-2, 2010.
*Declaration of Intent to regional co-chair by January 4, 2010
*Materials due to committee members by February 1, 2010
*LETTER OF INTENT needs to be sent certified mail to Jim Rawlings, Jr. and received by Janaury 4, 2010. (Those individuals requesting to meet a committee for candidacy must also send a copy of the LETTER OF INTENT, regular mail, to Deryck Durston, ACPE, Inc., 1549 Clairmont Road, Suite 103, Decatur, GA 30033-4611.)
*Materials are to be in the hands of committee members no later than February 1, 2010.
*Fee for meeting all regional committees is $180.00. We require that this fee be paid by money order made out to: Mid-Atlantic Region ACPE and sent with the Letter of Intent using certified mail to:
